We welcome groups planning to attend Charleston's 55th Annual Dogwood-Azalea Festival!

"There's No Place Like Charleston" is our Festival's theme this year.

This Group Tour Reservation Form is available, in both paper form and online, only for those arriving in Charleston via chartered or private coach.  While our preference is to accept online tour reservations you may, if you'd rather, choose to submit your form via U.S. Mail.  Please see the link to a printable copy at the bottom of this page if you choose to mail your reservation form.

To make your Group Tour Reservation online please provide us with the information requested in the form below.  If bringing multiple coaches please submit one form for each separate coach.  Reservations must be received by March 20, 2022, so we have time to arrange your tour.  You will receive confirmation of your online reservation from the Chamber of Commerce office.

Southside Baptist Church, 902 School Street, will offer a hearty lunch to coach visitors on Thursday and Friday.  Lunch will be available and served between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.  Paid reservations must be received by March 20th for this activity.














If you have chosen a Step-On Tour Guide above, the Step-On Tour Guide fee of $75 is payable in advance and must be received by March 20, so that we may schedule your tour guide.  The luncheon is also payable in advance only, and must be reserved by March 20.  All fees are non-refundable after this date.  Otherwise, you may pay for your entire tour in advance or upon arrival.  We accept payment by check or cash only.  If paying upon arrival, please arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to your tour time.  If you find you are running late, please call the chamber office.  Our step-on guides are volunteers, so we cannot ask them to wait over 30 minutes.
