We welcome groups planning to attend Charleston's 45th Annual Dogwood-Azalea Festival!  Our theme this year is "A Growing Tradition."

This Group Tour Reservation Form is available in both paper form and online.  While our preference is to accept online tour reservations you may, if you'd rather, choose to submit your form via fax or U.S. Mail.  Please see the link to a printable copy at the bottom of this page if you choose to mail or fax your reservation form.

To make your Group Tour Reservation online please provide us with the information requested in the form below.  If bringing multiple coaches please submit one form for each coach.  Reservations must be received by March 1, 2013, so we have time to arrange your tour.  You will receive confirmation of your online reservation from the Chamber of Commerce office.

The Step-On Tour Guide fee of $40 is payable in advance and must be received by March 1, so that we may schedule your tour guide.  This fee is non-refundable after March 15.  You may pay for your entire tour in advance or upon arrival.  If paying upon arrival, please arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to your tour time.  If you find you are running late, please call the chamber office.  Our step on guides are volunteers so we cannot ask them to wait over 30 minutes.
